The hotel and facilities are great, lots of restaurants and bars and the beach area is fantastic. We booked an ocean view room with a balcony. We were given room 310. When we went to the room however our view was completely blocked |

We normally book the club executive room which includes access to club lounge, free transfers and higher floor. The service is excellent you are always greeted by name and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are starting to look a bit dated |

Customer service is outstanding, as are all rooms and suites. The choice of restaurants and facilities on site mean that you don't really have to leave the hotel complex. Top tip is to opt for the Club Executive option |
